WE PROSSESS THE COMPLETE EQUIPMENTS, WE CAN CONTROL THE QUALITY DURING THE WHOLE PRODUCTION PROCESS. WE HAVE A QC TEAM WITH 5 MEMBERS, THE QUALITY CONTROL INCLUDEDS FIVE STEPS:

STEP 1 IS CHECK THE MATERIAL ;

STEP 2 CHECK THE PRINTING PANEL AND CUTTING PANEL ;

STEP 3 CHECK ON THE SEWING LINE, CHECKING THE SEWING QUALITY AND CUT OFF THE LOOSE THREAD;

STEP 4 CHECK THE SIZE, COLOR OF GOODS TO MAKE SURE THE GOODS ARE IN GOOD QUALITY BEFORE PACKING;

STEP 5 CHECK ON THE FINAL PACKING BEFORE PUT THE GOODS INTO THE OUTER CARTON.
