OEM sampling time: 3-5 days. Mass production: 10-20days.
We prossess the complete equipments, we can control the quality during the whole production process. We have a qc team with 5 members, the quality control includeds five steps:
step 1. is check the material;
step 2. check the printing panel and cutting panel;
step 3. check on the sewing line, checking the sewing quality and cut off the loose thread;
step 4. check the size, color of goods to make sure the goods are in good quality before packing;
step 5. check on the final packing before put the goods into the outer carton.
